Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) staff during a Customer Care Workshop aimed at training and reminding staff about the importance of customer care etiquette and delivering quality service to our clients.
The workshop was officially opened by TCZ Registrar, Dr. Ebby Mubanga, who encouraged staff to pay close attention to the discussions and take the lessons shared seriously, emphasizing the importance of excellent customer service in the Council’s work.
